I know we have a few ladies away who migrate north for the winter every year. and with the bitter cold of late who can blame them.
The learners did very well again and learnt a new dance, I have to say how impressed I am with Miles and Karen's dancing, they both pick it up so easily, especially Miles, Tall Robert also does very well, but struggles with his leg problems. Pity about the other Rob, not sure what to say about him!!!
Amazingly, I believe there has been a change in positions for our Three Musketeers as well, Miles is still number one and will be hard to shift, now my hubby Rob has somehow stepped up to the number two position with Tall Rob at number three. I think Tall Rob has been hard done by though. My other half, “Rob”, certainly struggled concentrating through the last dance and didn’t seem to know his left from his right, mmmmmm! Lucky I wasn’t allocating Musketeer positions., but despite the shenanigans it’s great to have the men there.
The preparations for the ball are well in hand and the girls are still raising funds, so if anyone wants to assist in selling raffle tickets get in contact with anyone off the committee, they would really appreciate the help.
Thanks to everyone for coming along and making the day so much fun.
Thanks to Viv and Maurine and Phil for making the trip from Sussex and everyone else that travelled some distance, it’s always great to have you there.
Rob took a few happy snaps before he left after the beginners finished.
